Gameplay Changes
.quit goes to nearest AVAILABLE instead of being limited to adjacent/linked

Additions
- kid's scene
- music for kid's scene
- new cosmetics: Snuggly index, Kid's earring
- kid gets So Very Helpful if you won't use push in lesson 2

Fixes
- fixed week cosmetics being unlocked prematurely if you use a shop on last day of a week
- fixed duplicate scores if you closed program during game over screen
- holographic eye no longer affects position of other eyeware
- connecting /root doesn't skip other start-of-sector devs that sector
- melee doesn't trigger killing transmissions
- fixed some issues with music triggering on tracking, save/load
- fixed possible softlock when quitting
- added vi keys as an option for movement
- fixed bug with .quit where some servers weren't visually displayed as being unavailable
- surfing into final port no longer leaves prog buttons pressable
- various /counterfeit fixes (in particular with fork)
- linkcubes work under lanparty!
- megatron music doesn't go missing if you advance sectors offline
- fixed several lanparty issues
- fixed several issues with the simplified font
- many minor fixes
